I have thought of many options yet none seem to work. Help, I am tired of my car being tagged at night. The police don't seem to care because they think the churches insurance will cover any/all misdemeanors. However, it keeps me and others away from what might happen.

If you're serious, leave a copy of "Guns and Ammo" magazine prominently displayed on your dash.
An NRA sticker on your car wouldn't hurt either.

Bright lights, motion detecters, neighborhood watch. Keep a mean dog in the car.

if the minister approves of you parking there then the police have no right to give you a ticket and the minister can call the police and protest the action

Invest a couple of nights sitting in your car. When they approach, start praying loudly for their souls and taking pictures. That ought to stop them.
