And why have uncovered windows at night? Especially in urban city?

I'll be more specific. If you know residents of a city that have open curtains/blinds at night, do they still have a right to privacy? I could be riding by and look right into their dining room.

Not exacly the right of privacy which the constitution say. The right of privacy is nothing more than an abstract that is not a an object or any material (tangible). In order to exercise or invoke this right I may say that it is an option or your prerogative to use such kinds of material and that doesnt limit your choice on how to protect your privacy. The only limitation or exeption that it may keep you from exercising your privacy is that if a law or regulatory law is passed not to protect other rights or to prevent any harm (under the clear and present danger circumstances) done to you.

Again it is a choice and your own personal prerogative to exercise such right.

I have seen this type of thing too, and naked people walking around in front of their open window. The truth really is that they are in their homes, so they probably think no one is looking at them. I'm a constant pedestrian, so I've seen some crazy things. Just remember that you have the right to look at anything that is in plain sight, it's always interesting to see what people do behind closed doors when you happen to be walking by. NOT that I'm saying to be a "peeping" Tom or anything. Just more of a "live and let live" attitude, you know?
