I live in Canada, and the child in Europe
The child was taken from me, and the mother said she was going to visit, and never returned. Its not a matter of wanting to or not, but the women is a blood sucking vampire, and I fear my money will go to her and not the child.

If support payments are ordered by a court, the court order must be obeyed, regardless of where the child lives. If you think there is a reason to change the order and / or reduce any arrears, get thee to a court and apply! Get a lawyer to help, so that you navigate these tricky waters without getting too wet. Legal Aid can often help if you haven't the funds to hire a lawyer.

It depends on the agreements between the two countries. In the US, we still have to support child support agreements in many other countries.
I guess my first question would be, why would you not want to support your child, no matter where he or she lives? Does it really matter if the law says you have to or not? If I could have no other contact with the child, I would still want them to know I think about them and want them to have they best possible. If they can't have me, at least a little money will help buy the things they need.

he's a 3yo, he's gonna act up. that's whilst the father needs to punish and straighten him out and prepare him what's incorrect and proper. As for having him for all time, that's greater valuable. a minimum of then, he has his son for all time and no help is paid. You sound such as you do no longer choose the youngster. Why did you marry him in case you may no longer settle for his son? $4 hundred each week and you reside consisting of your dad and mom? I even have lived for much less on my own with 4 little ones. in case you have been laid off, i'm assuming you besides could get unemployment, so what's the subject? enable the guy see his son. a minimum of he gets too, an excellent sort of fathers do no longer.

not knowing canadas laws on this,it is hard to answer. i would say yes,but it seems the fact that visitation is not allowed,a motion for contempt against the custodial parent is in order. the circumstances are not that clear, but if the child was removed from the courts jurisdiction without permission it is violation of the court order.

Who do you think will support your child overseas? Sorry bud, but you will still have to pay. There are international treaties that deals with child support and child custody.
