Every day I see people driving while eating butties, bananas, putting make up on, looking at their passengers while talking, drinking, checking their hair in the mirror, reading, etc.etc.!! Where do you want it to stop. I disagree with using mobiles while you drive but, if you see the other stupid things people do whilst driving you would be calling for the death penalty!!.
Every day, people are mugged, raped, assaulted, bullied, murdered, or otherwise impeded in the normal course of their day.....and you think flouting the 'law' is confined to using a mobile phone while driving!!. Get a life!.... Its all about getting more money out people who can be traced.

The law is rubbish. Another instance of Government interference. Very few crashes are caused by phones. Even the Police run down more people daily. Ban the police? People have to do business and drive. This is not 1930s. Things move on.
New cars now come with in dash DVD players. People are actually cleverer than they used to be. The Govt is not up to speed.

on the 2d the regulation states which you are able to not use a cellular telephone no remember if arms loose or handheld mutually as the motor vehicle is in action ~ the high-quality is a minimum of £30 elevating to a maximum of £one thousand for automobile drivers or a maximum of £2500 for van, lorry, bus and coach drivers. it is definately not sufficient as I observed a youthful newborn killed on a pedrestrian crossing by skill of a female making use of a cellular telephone, it is going to be a minimum of £one hundred and six factors on the guy's licence and if caught a 2d time an computerized ban, that ought to would make human beings think of two times in the previous making use of it. sure I do have a cellular telephone and no i don't use mutually as i'm making use of, if it earrings I wait till i'm abode then ring them returned and that i continuously tell those that i don't answer my cellular whilst i'm making use of.

I totally agree. But, as both a driver and a pedestrian, can I have a moan about other pedestrians who appear to enter a little world of their own when they have their mobile clamped to their ear? Please?
