I got 3 points in my driving license and had to pay £60, but did not go to court. Although in my license counterpart says that the local court ammended the license with 3 points.
Is this gonna affect my criminal records (CRB)? I am worried that when I apply for my naturalisation in the UK this will show on my CRB.

Can someone help me on this? Thanks.

You and everyone else.

Do not worry about CRB. "Minor" motoring offences are generally considered irrelevant when considering your criminal record. If you ever have to declare that you have no criminal record, you will probably find that the question on the form says "criminal offences (except minor traffic offences)"

In other words, most people accept that if they excluded people with points on their licence, they would have to accept only non-drivers, nuns, and children.

Still, you don't want any more points. I'm recently back down from six to three. Six is scary - only two cameras away from a ban.

ok, first issues first. Is you mate insured? Does his coverage plans entitle him to permit different drivers to utilize the vehicle, if now no longer, lamentably you're screwed. you're able to merely get a warning, in spite of the undeniable fact that extra in many circumstances 3-6 positive factors and a £one hundred passable. in case you will get 6 sides - you are going to with ease get a ban, and could do a re-take a seat. while you get a ban a courtroom docket look is cautioned (virtually needed) - this grants that possibility to in all hazard get say 5 factors and carry your licence if dropping it may desire to point 'uncommon hassle', like dropping your activity. tremendous of fulfillment besides.
