I would like everyones honest opinion, what do you think?

Should we bring back the death penalty for terrorists that attack us here in the UK?

Such as the scumbag that tried to blow up a train full of people and only failed to do so because he was to thick to build a bomb that worked! There are multiple witnesses to this potentially horrific crime. He wanted to die, lets help him do it...

Personaly I think that these people and those that help and hide them should be executed on live TV, with absolutely NO allowance for thier religion or a chance for them to communicate any message beforehand.

Now I KNOW that may sound bad or over the top, but do you think that particular scumbag gave a toss about the young mother carrying her nine month old baby, did he give her a chance to say goodbye or make her peace with whatever god she may believe in?

It is a problem isn't it? Who and why is doing this do you think?
First Florida with all the Cubans, and Jeb Bush is married to a Cuban and they all vote for him? Mexicans that started in droves with Reagan as governor in California, and then he became President and then he gave them amnesty knowing they would vote Republican for him and the rest for giving them the opportunity to have a job legal or illegal. The abortion costs in California was astronomical for the Mexicans illegal or legal until we changed the law in California banning them from a free abortion. the law of 186. Look it up. 1992. Bush Sr was a president then but other places were doing it? Texas, Colorado, Arizona,New Mexico, Nevada, Washington,It is a fact that we are tired of this immigration problem because of these politicians securing their votes. I believe that it is pro-choice, but you have to pay for your own abortions. And it should not be used as birth control. Ignorant people won't wear condoms right?

While out to eat my son was acting crazy. I took him outside, put him in TIME OUT. Facing the wall. He'd turn around,Id turn him back,on and on. 3 people were outside watching. One lady came out her store obnoxiously accusing me of abusing him. I told her to mind her business,he's in time out, while other kids out there are being abused she's worrying about my kid facing the wall. She said she was calling the cops(they never came)I said, call but he's staying in time out. And I kept him in time out. The 3 people said I wasnt abusing him,he was in time out, period. Had the police shown up,what wouldve happened? Would the have taken her word just to be safe and take my son away? Though I knew I was in the right, its scary because the law takes abuse seriously.

I sold a broken laptop on eBay 12/12/06 asis for parts or repair. I received what I thought was a cashier's check for $325 on 12/18. He received the laptop 12/23, and sent a vulgar email saying that the laptop does not have a useable operating system. I replied, that it was being sold for parts, and no os was included. 12/29, I received a $20 fee from my bank on a returned personal check. He now has the money and the laptop. He is not willing to return the money and said he is only willing to return the laptop if I remove the negative feedback I left for him, pay for return shipping, and pay for his fees for stopping payment. After a month of arguing, I ultimately agreed to his request contingent with not having to pursue this legally. Now he's back to vulgarities and not willing to resolve amicably.

What legal recourse do I have, who can I contact, and what are the step in persuing this interstate fraud (I live in Illinois, he lives in Michigan)? What am I entitled to?

Please help!

Well not quite,
Short story:Went to Planned Parenthood with my friend. She was getting information. We are walking up the front steps and a man protester grabs her arm and pulls her into a big crowd. I follow suit and he starts questioning us and it was really annoying. We remained mute and he was like a maniac getting angry. So i start arguing with him to let go and he starts making me look like an unintelligent person by arguing facts with me and I couldn;t answer because I didn;t know info on pregnancy things. Then he insulted us. My friend was wincing and pulling her arm away. The guy starts precaing to us saying Lord save you like we are on our way to an abortion-fest or something. well i spotted a couple of officers and motioned them over and I told them that he was harrassing us. The officers took hold of the man and got my friend released from he bondage. He got a nice lecture but my friend ended up with a bruise. Beware the radical protesters.
What you think about it.

My son goes to pre-school in an elementary school, takes the bus,if he gets into trouble he has to go to the principles office, just like any student in K-12 grade. They say he's to hyper and don't want him to come there, they want me to find somewhere else to take him.I know it's against the law, if he was in kindegarden, but he's only in pre-school.
