Write a letter to his direct supervisor identifying him, his badge number and any information and details about the harrassment. If the problem persists then you go higher in the chain of command until you get results. Put everything in writing though. And I would even go so far as to send it registered mail. They can't ignore a situation that is well documented. They may ask you to come in and file a complaint and this will be taken seriously. IF it's documented you will be less likely to be bothered anymore. The idiot will stop the nonsense once he realizes that he could possibly lose his job.

This is a very difficult situation. I dont think going to the police department is the greatest decision. Maybe sending in an anonymous complaint. The DA's ofice is not a bad idea either. Sticky situation. Good Luck

Keep a record , written and recorded if you can. Dates times events etc. Make written complaints to your local station and if it continues produce your evidence to a lawyer or and the D.A. You dont have to be tormented by a crooked cop like this fellow. Try and get witnessess and get yourself a voice recorder and record what hes saying to you without letting him see thet you have it. If you are called into the station dont go alone . Pay a lawyer to represent you and have him present during the interview..

The only thing he fears is public exposure. If you belong to a church or any other type of organization tell the other members there about the problem you are having. The legal system usually cover for one and another. Be careful what boat you rock!

I have had the same treatment and went to internal affairs. thy did nothing and asked me ,why don't i move? Then it came to me ,thy wanted me to move because of family members in the gang called Freemasons have connection thew the police department.most of the cops and judges where i live are secret members of this gang call Freemasons .Freemasons conspire to protect their unlawful activity's .so you have a slim chance of getting help from any law agency..I have had some success in fighting back,by secretly video taping members of my local police. You can catch them using and dealing illegal drugs ,cheating on their wives, and so on . Video is a good deterrent against harassment. The best defense i have found is to join an opposing teen of people that is in the same position as your in....if you wish to talk more about this teem, contact me at tdwnarrows@yahoo.com

complaing to a city district attorney
file complaint with that police department
conntact an attorney to press harrassment charges on the officer if you are too scared, this way you will have legal back up of someone who knows the law.

My sincere advise is just say sorry to that officer in case you offended any of his power and move on. Never have an enmity or friendship with a police officer. Complaining any where else wil worsen the situation. Don't do that.
