I canceled my service over 8 months ago. They stopped billing me and wiped out my account. They out of the blue they started billing me again and billed me for 6 months before I realized that they were doing it. I called and they said that they only had to pay me 4 months because I signed a contract that any billing problems had to be reported within 120 days or it would be consided valid. I told them that they made a mistake and I should not be responsible for checking my bank statement every month to be sure that they are not billing me!! What can I do. This really pisses me off!!

Artists girl, The government has been brain washing people for years, You obviously need to watch this video..
Its not pro or con for legalization of drugs, Its just the facts, and your statement proves what this video talks about..

Twice as many Eh,,, Millions of people die each year from Cigs, and booze... How many ppl die from smoking pot??? NONE,, The fact is there is no evidence to say that pot is bad, There is however lots of evidence that smoking pot is actually good for you.. TRUST ME, You need to watch this video,, EVERY AMERICAN NEEDS TO WATCH THIS VIDEO.. REMEMBER ITS NOT FOR OR AGAINST DRUGS,, It in no way glamorizes DRUGS, it just gives the REAL facts.... If you don't watch it then you should not help the Govt, by spreading lies that they forced into your head...

The United States is one of the countries in the world that denies same-sex couples the right to get married. Why is that? By doing so we are not only hurting our citizens, but we are hurting our economy. It is cheaper to file taxes as single rather than married, yet couples want to register as married and the U.S. won't allow it. Also, the U.S. brags about being a free and fair country. It doesn't seem like the U.S. is living up to that reputation. The U.S. is suppposed to be the role model for other countries. How is what is going on fair?

My husband and I rented a clarinet for my daughter for school and we truly forgot to return it - now we have an attorneys office calling our home telling us that we have stolen equiipment! my husband explained the situation and he did not want to hear it, he threatend my husband with a bill of $639.00 and told him that we had to pay and could not return the clarinet to the company, when my husband asked for his name he refused to give it to him and hung up on him. At that point my husband called him back to try and resolve the situation and the attorneys office told him that he did not want him to pay the bill but in fact wanted him to pay by suffering with the police that would be showing up at my door to arrest him with possession of stolen property and then told my husband that he better get himself a good attorney becasue he is about to have a terrible week, and if he called his office again he was going to have him charged with harrasement. What can I do?

Nick's mom owes me $350 dollars. I lended his mom $350 dollars to help pay for stuff for the new years party. Nick was also their. She told me she would pay me back next week. I have yet to recieve payment for her. I have all the receipts that shows how much I spent. I also have the bank statement that shows how much I spent. The only thing I do not have is a written agreement that she would pay me back. Do I have a legal stand, with no written agreement, or do I just learn my lesson and suck it up. If I can take her to court, how do I go about filing a law suite in small claims court.

I am taking my ex to court for a bed I purchased. I have an email that he wrote me saying that will pay me for it in 2 payments. I printed up all of the email's and I have the recipt with MY NAME on it. SO he got his court papers today and called me asking me what it was and said we had an agreement that he was going to pay me and that he's just had family issues so couldn't. I shot him an email telling him we can settle out of court or in court and that its up to him. He reply'd saying "go ahead. i dont even know what you are talking about. the bed i have a friend gave it to me for a christmas gift. so im yosorry steph, i dont have ur bed. you must of bought it for someone else. " So now I am worried that he might bring a friend in and have them say they bought it. Yea, I have the emails but anyone can create an email account so he could say that is not his email address OR maybe a friend of his recently got a bed and has a recipt..I dunno. Anyone know anything about this or any sug?

Does anyone know the name of the case involving a woman who had been raped but before actually being raped she asked him to at least use a condom (so that she wouldn't get sick or end up pregnant)? The court came to the conclusion that since she asked him to use a condom, that it was no longer considered rape and that the intercourse was then "legitimate"

I think the case went through all the courts of appeals but never actually made it to the supreme court, if that helps...
thanks in advance for all your efforts! :)
