I'm having a debate with my brother-in-law. He says that there is no limit to how big your TV screen can legally be. I know that I have heard somewhere that you can legally only have your home theater a certain size. Anyone with a source gets the 10 points. Thank you.

Is it fair that military Dogs are subjected/forced in to war to die in a foreign Country and then discarded like garbage.

Also How can you use a dog who is very very loyal and then when the war is finally over you kill/murder the dog .....Instead of giving it what it deserves a WELL DESERVED RETIREMENT .

I know they are going to change the law on this, but when ?

Anyone who who protects me Alien,human,etc....deserves the best !

I met a guy online and stupidly, sent him some sexy pics. of me. They aren't nude just me in bikinis. I told him to get rid of the pics. after he looks at them. He did send a pic. of himself but he isn't my type. We talked about doing some kinky things. He e-mailed me telling me that I must be naked if I want to get together and now I"m kinda scared. He says he's an "important businessman" and anonymity is a must and he knows I have a boyfriend. Okay, I asked him to spank me because it's a fantasy I have and I don't want to ask my boyfriend. He really is scaring me now and told me he is into guns! He lives near me and I have his pic. and his e-mail address. If I call the police, will my family and boyfriend necessarily find out? Yes, I'm an adult. I KNOW THIS WAS REALLY STUUPID OF ME AND SOME OF YOU THINK I DESERVE THIS BUT I DON'T! I am mentally unstable and see a psychiatrist who could testify that my instability. I'm scared, what should I do????

Is it legal for us to date? her father seems hell bent on keeping us apart and I can understand his concern if i was him. But truthfully i'm not a bad kid, i'm an honors student, college bound, good home, and yet he simply is trying to keep us apart. Both of us lived lives where we had to grow up fast and its brought us together amazingly. I love her and am scared to lose her but i truly need to know the law. Even if it means jail i'm not leaving her, at least not without her telling me to. Thank you for any help you can be.

An acquaintance of mine was attending a community college, where she was starting to get hit on by a professor. She allegedly reported the situation, but the professor then came up with a lie, saying that she was offering sexual favors for better grades.
The professor got more power for his word, and she was kicked out (or is going to get kicked out).

What can she do to prove that the professor is lying to cover his own rear when the dean/president of the community college believes the professor? She doesn't think she can do much because the dean doesn't believe her, but I think its utterly ridiculous that such a thing could happen so easily.

My adult children would like to know if their Grandmother (on their fathers side, Oct.2004) left any thing to them, money or her personal effects. It was stated she had no will. It went into Probate court 2004/2005 .The neighbor tat lived next door to their Grandmother took care of the Probate. I have been in an ugly divorce with my kid's father and they are not in communication with him currently ( he LIES about everything ) How can they find out , with out having to go thru their own father.? ( by the way , their father's name is now on the deed to the Grandmothers house, along with the widowed husband.)

I believe if you want to have money when you retire, you'll take control of your future and invest a percentage of your own paycheck into a savings account. If you don't, I guess you'll just have to work for your entire life, but that's your choice! Now, for the people who already have money in social security, they should be able to get it back immediately and the government shouldn't use it for other purposes in the meantime. What's your take on this and WHY?

I think Illuminati and One World Government is a treasonous act toward the U.S. Constition and I think that members of this secret society should be banned from holding a political seat of any kind (president, mayor, senator, congressman, etc.).

http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/ban234

Is anyone interested in signing? I think freemasoners and other secret societies that do not disclose thier iniciations and policies should aslo be included in the ban, but i did not include them on this petition. It's not about conspiracy theories, it's about the conservation of the U.S. constitution. How can anyone agree to One world government without demeaning or removing the U.S. government? that act alone is treasonry.

I've heard if you ask "are you in anyway affiliated with law enforcement" they can't answer "no"...they can try to dance around it by saying "what do you think" or "i thought we tusted each other" but if you push them, and they are a cop, they can't say "no" and straight up lie.

is this true?

I live in Las Vegas. About two years ago I plead guilty to one count of domestic violence after an altercation with my brother and only my brother. The situation arrose after I told him to leave because of drugs and alcohol abuse. Him fighting with his wife and general slobenness. Since the altercation he has been arrested twice on two felony counts of domestic violence, dui, and stealing a vehicle. He is into meth and drinks heavily still. I on the other hand have abided by the courts sentence and followed through with classes, community service, and my fines are up to date. I loath alcohol and drugs and haven't had a past of violence. It isn't the actual sentence that is hurting me but the stigma of having a domestic violence on my record. There were multiple jobs that I was interested in (teacher, CPS worker, police officer, and school bus driver) but because of the DV I cannot get into. What is the possiblilites of a judge reducing the crime after this is all over?

I went to my local DVLA office and said "I need to tax my car next month and I havent had the log-book for it yet" Ive had the car for 4 months. I signed all the relevant papers( when I bought it) and as I understand it, the old owner(as the law states) sends the document off and I get sent the new one, the DVLA has just spent millions of pounds(TV ads etc) telling all sellers of cars IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to tell them of this change in ownership. I was told that I would have to fill out a form and pay £19 for the log-book, I told them to shove the form and I am not paying £19 for the right to tax my own car, that I bought according to the law!! Who else thinks DVLA are a bunch or W@NKERS! and change the goal posts to make even more money?????
