at our local DMV I need "8 points"of verification before I could switch licenses to a different state..while I'm told the seasonal mexicans can get a license just from showing up with their boss and taking the test-My father told me this and he is one of the bosses that take them in.For those who dont know "seasonal mexicans" are mexicans in america on a work visa for part of the year.

Because their boss sponsor their Visa and done legally and all the fees are paid. If you switch State you can just take the driver test and written test, I guess you do not want to take test. So it is more difficult.
