I've heard if you ask "are you in anyway affiliated with law enforcement" they can't answer "no"...they can try to dance around it by saying "what do you think" or "i thought we tusted each other" but if you push them, and they are a cop, they can't say "no" and straight up lie.

is this true?

Cops can say whatever they want to you, they can tell you they are Heidi Fleiss herself and it's legal. It is ONLY entrapment if they coerce you to do something you were not going to do on your own. If you call up an escort service and you get a cop instead, you're SOL.

Your best bet would be to use referrals and once you get one you know is legit, keep using her.

Courts have ruled that police can lie to you and even completely make up evidence to get you to incriminate yourself.

Anything you say to any police officer or do within sight of one at any time may be used against you in a court of law, even if they say they are 'off duty' or 'just trying to help you out'. If you think about it, the only power a policeman has is to run people through the criminal justice system. That is what they do, and that is all that they do.

If you do not want these kinds of things to happen to you, your only legal recourse is to limit your exposure to police as much as humanly possible.

It kind of sucks, if you ask me. I remember being told as a kid that police were my friends. Apparently that was a lie too.

You really can never tell. Aside from the fact that prostitution should be legalized, you should always try to "date" the escort instead of paying them for their time. That way when you do have relations they are much more enjoyable because you "connected" rather than just paid for it.

You can be sure by not commiting a crime. As far as having to admit to you they are a cop, you've been watching WAY to much TV. If it was that easy, no undercover work would ever get done. Nice try though. A police officer is under no obligation to tell you they are a cop, no matter what you ask.
Try it though. Let us know if it works.....

If you're that concerned, find yourself a real date instead of hiring one...
