how do i file a motion to challenge an AOP?

i signed the birthcertificate but child is not bilogically mine. i want to remove my last name. the paternity test proved that i was not the father. also they are trying to penalize me for my name being on the birthcertificate.

You get an attorney to do it for you! If you try to do it yourself you could screw up badly and lose, with no real chance to try again. Procedural errors are VERY common when you don't have an attorney, and a procedural error will get it thrown out of court. Get an attorney!
