If you need actual legal advice then please see an attorney. There's a reason good lawyers charge $250 an hour. She would have to file Forma Pauperis with the court, essentially stating that she has no money for court fees. She would have to request that form, fill out, and file it with the clerk's office. A judge has the power to deny it and compel her to pay. This is assuming she has no money whatsoever. Then she would have to challenge the will and file suit. There's a lot of time and paperwork that would need to be done on this so your best bet is pay up or find a cheaper attorney.

lawyers are like blood suckers .. they smell for blood .. they have written the laws .. so that everything in their favor .. even a simple thing .. sometimes law force you to go through a attorney.. because those laws are written by attorneys .. so that they can have their living at the expense of ur hard earn money.
