In theory, It depends? how old were you then? and now?
The Statute of limitations may have been tolled (stopped temporarily) because you were a (small, i assume means young) minor and would start to run again if you reached the age of majority (18)

In reality, probably not.

Wow, i had to edit this. how did any of you get through law school, let alone pass any bar exam... YOU do not know the answer based on these facts.

If I see one more new answer saying the SOL has run... First, that has been stated (possibly incorrectly) about ten times...

Second, you assume she lives in the States...

Finally, the answer IS probably no, but not for any of the reasons you dim bulbs state.

They really will let any idiot into law school, and even worse...OUT.

No you cannot. The statue of limitations has expired. Different states have different time periods. For instance, Louisiana has a 1 year, or 365 days, for tort issues, personal injuries, some have 2 and 3 years, but I've never heard of more than that.

Your parents would have had to sue on your behalf since you were a minor. If they did not do that, than the matter is closed.

Way back in the day, most people didn't sue like they do today.

Sorry.

Compensation for what? IS there something wrong with you that keeps you from earning a living? You have to have something that is compensable in order to be compensated.
I'm sure the stauate of limitations is long gone anyway...

Sorry, no. The statue of limitations is short, 1 to 3 years in most states, so its too late. In addition, you usually have to suffer actual financial loss to sue.
