A camera can be used but the employees must be told about them. Most business places use cameras as security and not employee spying but as long as all people working there know the cameras are there then it's legal. I am sure that there are some situations where it's legal to have them and not tell the employees but you didn't give enough info to make that call.

Cameras in the workplace are perfectly legal as long as they are kept out of the restrooms. Ever see those little black round things in discount stores? They watch everyone.. including employees.

No!, no! no! quite no longer! if a company has the gall to secret agent on their own workers, then the staff have each ideal to appeal to close that one of those ingredient is taking position. it would want to serve the corporation ideal, if anybody only were given up and delivers up. obviously you've an expectation of privateness, even even as at artwork. No boss has any ideal to snoop. The boss does no longer like it if the staff were butting into his/her inner most corporation now might want to they? Then they should not be doing it to the staff.

a company is allowed to film employees in any place not considered private, which would be a restroom...if you don't like it, leave.
