went on a rampage yesterday. She told him the night before that she needed to speak to him so he called her. She wanted to tell him that she was going to court to up his child support payments from $75 a week to whatever the court saw reasonble and that she was having her attorney file a notion for full custody of their son. I would understand all of this if my husband was a bad father! My husband loves his son dearly and yes he doesn't see him as much as he should but his ex-wife makes it so hard for him to. In the divorce decree he isn't allowed overnights and can take his son for day visits if his medical condition permits it, other than that if his son is sick then he must visit with him at the ex-wifes home which is SO not ok with me which is one reason he doesn't see him often that among the fact that we live 45 min. away. She won't let him take his son anywhere. What do they take into consideration when uping child support? and what are her chances of getting full custody?

I am dead against it, in fact I threatened to never talk to my sister again if she had one, she ended up keeping my wonderful niece! But Im concerned about these people who seem to have mixed opinions. One person told me that the only way a woman should have one is if she was raped or the baby was a product of incest. But the same person said she was against it. Does this make sense to you? Yes its a horrible thing to get raped or be a product of an incestual relationship, but there is always adoption. What do you think?

There is a article in Chinese saying that in California, even you are an adult, you have to make sure no one can see your TV screen from outside the house when you are watching the porns. Is that true? If yes, could you help to list the related law terms? Thanks.

I can not believe that they censored this posting. What is this, Nazi censorship? There is no adult content in this posting…. I’ll dare them. This is clearly a violation of my 1st amendment civil rights. It is called free speech..

Current anti-monopoly laws protect the consumer from anti-competitive business practices of companies, but not from those of unions.

How is it that the law does not judge these two equally with "blind justice?" Are not unions simply human labor monopolies?

In this past Sunday's issue of Parade magazine, on page 8, it spoke about finacial security when you get older and how anyone can lose everything when someone is in a nursing home, or long term health care is needed. They offered a book called, "How To Protect You Fincial Security When You Get Older", it states you cannot get it at any bookstore, yu have to order it through the publisher. Just wondering if this is real, or a scam? Can an older individual lose everything, all their life savings, house, assets, etc? It also states how you cannot trust a living will. It also states what lawyers never tell you about protecting your will. Anyone know the true facts about it all in NY state?

I recently moved in to an apartment complex. I received a notice to terminate my lease because "you or your guest(s) were seen deiving a truck through the property with extremely loud music." I don't think they can kick me out because my brother has a loud stereo system in his car. He dosen't even live there, he just picks me up and drops me off from work. I did not get any warning...just a notice that i have 10 days to move out. Is there anything i can do? Do they have a right do do this?

My fella has just been to our local hospital as his son was in theatre this afternoon. He managed to find a parking free parking space and checked with a warden near by that he was ok to park there. The warden said yes. When he came out he has a £50 parking fine! Is this allowed?

My husband was ordered by the court in Italy (where his ex and kid live) to pay $400 monthly. Can they garnish his wages for that amount even though he only makes $1400 a month (the Italian part hired a lawyer here in Texas to get the money)? To us it's outrageously high, we simply can not afford it. It's almost 30%. He's the only one who brings an income and we're also on food stamps.

I know it sounds cold, but if low-income families can't afford to give their loved ones a proper burial, why not have it paid by Pepsi, SONY, Toyota, etc.. Ok, if a casket has a big Pepsi logo on it, that is not near as bad as a person being just thrown into the ground. Play a few commercials before the funeral starts and no one will be the wiser. There are several advertising opportunities that a family could use to bury their loved ones.

A Women you have dated for 2 years, announces that she is pregnant and you are going to be a father. (8 months later) The kid is 2 months old and you and your girl friend are separating. After you move out.. You are forced to give up you dream of becoming a Architect, because you will have to get a second job to pay several hundred of dollars in child support. Now two years later and over fifteen thousand dollars Broke, the parasite louse confesses it is not your child. Now naturally you don't have to pay this lying ****,child support for a kid that is not even yours. The sad and very disturbing sick truth is that the Court System will still force you to pay for this kid, knowing the facts in case. This is the most screwed up thing I have ever herd. Guy's If this was happening to Women, the law would have been erased and thrown out. I think that women who are this Disgusting and Evil, should go to prison for a couple of years and pay back the stolen money, plus Interest.
