A Women you have dated for 2 years, announces that she is pregnant and you are going to be a father. (8 months later) The kid is 2 months old and you and your girl friend are separating. After you move out.. You are forced to give up you dream of becoming a Architect, because you will have to get a second job to pay several hundred of dollars in child support. Now two years later and over fifteen thousand dollars Broke, the parasite louse confesses it is not your child. Now naturally you don't have to pay this lying ****,child support for a kid that is not even yours. The sad and very disturbing sick truth is that the Court System will still force you to pay for this kid, knowing the facts in case. This is the most screwed up thing I have ever herd. Guy's If this was happening to Women, the law would have been erased and thrown out. I think that women who are this Disgusting and Evil, should go to prison for a couple of years and pay back the stolen money, plus Interest.

Take her back to court and get back all the payments that were made. Just awful.

the child support system needs some major reforms. one thing that led to this is the acceptance of the term "deadbeat dad". it is a political tool that in no way benefits the child. in fact if the mother said it about the father in front of the child it would be a violation of the court order. the child support system is being abused and the county governments are making a killing.
edit. some states use to just go on the word of the mother. do any states still continue the absurd practice?

I agree, totally disgusting and using the child to get a wage packet! I'm surprised that, if the girl has confessed, that the courts don't immediately cease the payments and even force her to pay him back. After all, it is taking money by deception.
If you sold someone a Ford and told them it was a Ferrari, and the deception was later discovered, you'd have to pay back the money. Don't know why that law doesn't apply in this case.

I feel sorry for the guy. My hubby had a g/f who got pregnant but after they seperated she told him she had lost the baby.
Suddenly, years later, the CSA contacted him for maintenance for a 7 year old daughter he never knew existed. The DNA test proved positive.
He set up a trust fund for his daughter that she gets when she is 21, but his ex gets nothing. The CSA tried, but they lost.
My hubby has a law degree and knows how to fight those idiots.
If his daughter needs anything like clothes or shoes etc. he goes out and buys it for her. He does not give cash to his ex. He pays for all her school trips by sending a cheque to the school direct.
He calculated what it costs for food etc per week for a child and divided by 2. He worked out that by buying the things she needs and school expenses covers his half. There is no calculation for paying his ex to look after her.
He made it clear he would sooner pay for a professional nanny to look after her than pay his ex. He will never put money into his ex's purse to go out and enjoy herself.
He told his ex that if she can't cope, then to let him have custody.
Because of her age he will not put his daughter through the trauma of a custody court case, but she knows her daddy will do anything for her.
It is very sad. His ex buggered off with another bloke while he was away working.
If it wasn't his daughter he would have told his ex where to go.

Even though I'm a woman mayself I completly agree with you. I think a man should always demand a DNA if things are abit uncertain when she become pregnant. Me and my partner have been together for 5 years but if I got pregnant and he wanted a DNA test I would agree even though our relationship is strong and a good one - I wouldn't be offended.
But there is the other side to this story - the men who don't pay up for their own child!! You can't stay one-sided on this argument I'm afraid

My partner had a house with his ex girlfriend. After she used him to buy out her house from her ex husband (so the mortgage was 50/50 hers and my partners) she then decided she wanted a baby. They have a beautiful son. She then started sleeping with other men and my partner found out. When he left she tried to make out he'd walked out on her and her son. To the contrary of that, he had his son all the time whilst she was out partying. Now she has been caught out by him as she has forged his signature on three separate occasions and advanced the mortgage by £24,000 then again by £25,000 then again by £16000. Christ knows what she's spent the money on! My partner found out she had done this and when she was confronted about this she decided to play the "You are never seeing your son again" card. As they weren't married my partner is now having to fight to see his son. She holds all the cards. 12 months after going to a solicitor and £3000 later we're still fighting on. These women are sick. Not all men are as good as my partner but he loves his son and is a good man. He is putting his trust in the law. She has broken the law, which the mortgage company have been informed of, but are yet to do anything. She is evil. A lot of women are. They don't deserve these men. Luckily for me she hasn't turned my partner into a hateful person but I'm sure many women can. We'll keep fighting but I'm sure she'll keep doing wrong and getting away with it. It's not always the men. Women can be quite sick if you ask me.

I've heard of situation like this before. It's just wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong.
It would be a good "payback" if the guy sued for custody and won! The court says the guy needs to still support the child, so he should have the legal right to have custody too.

We should totally rejoice ever time any person is found after killing anyone else. The only exceptions are if you are a soldier of war and that is your duty OR if you are defending yourself or your loved ones from someone that intends on purposely killing you. In both those instances, you would have no reason whatsoever to hide in Mexico.

IT'S GOOD TO HEAR A WOMAN SAY THIS. THE FAMILY COURT SYSTEM IS GEARED TOWARDS WOMEN. I PAY ALMOST 11K A YEAR IN SUPPORT FOR MY 2 KIDS. I HAVE BASICALLY NO SAY IN THEIR LIVES. THEIR MOM DOES AS SHE PLEASES WITH THEM. I HAVE BEEN IN COURT FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS FIGHTING HER FOR EVERY LITTLE ISSUE THAT COMES UP. THE COURT FAVORS THE WOMAN IN 9 OUT OF 10 CASES. IT'S SAD WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOUR FRIEND. HE HAS TO GET BACK IN COURT AND ASK FOR A DNA TEST. HE HAS TO KEEP FIGHTING SOONER OR LATER THEY WILL DROP THE SUPPORT. GOOD LUCK
