My fella has just been to our local hospital as his son was in theatre this afternoon. He managed to find a parking free parking space and checked with a warden near by that he was ok to park there. The warden said yes. When he came out he has a £50 parking fine! Is this allowed?

if i were you i would dispute it with whoever issued the ticket, giving your reasons and the fact that the traffic warden said it was ok to park there.

It doesnt matter what the traffic warden said to you, its his word against your fellas.
What did it say on the road, were there any signs etc?
