search fathers rights groups in your area, most have websites. some provide legal help. try legal aid. try findlaw to do reseacrh on laws in your state. if able you can represent yourself,if you know the laws and have confidence. i use to have a bunch of different groups names. i have since lost them all. good luck.

edit. looking at the answers made me think. you never said what gender you are. i assumed you to be male and another assumed you were female. it's odd.

Contact your local Attorney General's office. That is the agency that typically does the child support stuff. They usually do it for free.

If that doesn't work, call you local bar association and find out if your have a legal aid office available to you.

If that doesn't work, ask the bar association for a referral to a reduced fee family law attorney.

Best of luck!
