My father died almost a year ago, he left no will, he had a house, a building, and two cars. I didnt have the money to get a lawyer at the time so I am wondering what will happen to the property if nothing is done. I am his only surviving relative and I live in the state of Missouri.

Our mother passed away, we know where the will was kept, and my sister has already admitted that she found the will to another sibling but now denies it. And we know why because in the will she receives nothing, only me and two other siblings do. She is older that us, and it is written that she was taken care of throughout her life and was to receive 1.00. Well there is a house and settelment involved and now she will not give up the will. She had to pry open the breifcases to get access to them, and I have her on tape admitting that she has went through all the paperwork. So how do we go about getting the will. Also she is living in the house, and says she doens't have to move out until probate is settled and that we all have to pay for the house until then, It is also in forclosure. Help Please.

we have been asking our landlord for a bigger house since 1984 as we have a very small flat. a new tenancy came into force in 1987 which meant that our landlord could not charge us over a certain amount rent, therefore he has not moved us. our flat now has many problems and our daughter is pregnant with twins. She is not with the father and needs to stay with us. Our landlord has now told us he can only move us if we put the rent book in our daughters name so he can charge us a higher rent.He wont let us keep our present tenancy as our rent is capped at 85.00 per wk and cannot legally charge us anything above that.We feel that we are being blackmailed as he knows we are desperate for a bigger house. He refuses to give us anything in our name because he cannot charge us the higher rent. does anyone know if he can legally get away with this. I have struggled to bring up my children in this small 2 bed flat and feel that our protected tennancy is working against us. can he do this ?

15 year old son goes 2 school in washington county, PA.
Was in a bathroom stall taking a whiz. Teacher looked into the crack between stall wall & door, told my son he was busted for smoking,& to go to the office. Son walked out of the stall, pants still undone, told the teacher that he was pi@#ing not smoking My son went to the office When he got to there, the principal searched Sons pockets, lifted up his pant legs so his socks could be seen, son voluntarily took his shoes off & let them be inspected.(nothing was found, no cigs, or lighter, nothing) The principal took son to his locker searched it extensively, they found nothing. Son comes home from high school; told me he was suspended for three days & would have to go in front of our local magistrate.Son told me he felt violated, because the teacher looked into the stall? I talked to the teacher, he said he didn't see him with a cig, but the bthrm was smky.Son has no reason to lie,we don't approve but we know he smokes. Violated/Not?
