My U.S.Citizenship is pending (becouse background check)and I ve been charge with battery charge recantly.Procecure suggest me to take PTP programm(pretrail programm),which is some community service and unger management classes.My laeyr told me the same,but I feel if i make any deal with procecure,that mean I am agree with guilty verdict.Victim dosn't have any witnesses and I am do not feel as I am guilty.If I will take PTP programm,how it's will affect my Citizenship and if I will have criminal record?Some one can give me suggestions?

IF you not gilty then why are you asking don't plea dont. but if you are what do you expect me to say plea guilty, atleast you will have a clear consince then saying not guilty and lying and playing dirty.
Not saying this is your case, just saying my opinion on a plea.

You can bet it does affects your Citizenship process.
First of all, the fact that you do community service does not change the fact that while being a Resident Alien you broke the law, and the USCIS most likely will send you a letter telling you that you must show up at an Immigration hearing.
You may want to keep your lawyer's phone near you, so he can be with you at the Immigration hearing, and he may be lucky to get you off the deportation proceedings.
Never, EVER, get into fights or problems again. Better be called a coward than losing all that you have worked so hard to achieve.
