We just found out my brother is the father of a 1year old boy (DNA test). The boy's mother (bro's ex) did not want the child and left him with her aunt. The aunt claims the mother signed over her rights. I know the court will not grant custody to my bro. How do I go about getting custody? We've contacted a lawyer and of course he said we will have to go to court. I do not know where to begin or what my chances are. I am a 25 y/o single female, soon to be college grad, with a good job. Th aunt is 50+ divorcee with a 2 bedroom house and 6 ppl living in it. The mother was on drugs and the child has special needs. Please advise.

How do you feel about selling your USA Constitutional rights to companies like Yahoo or AOL. Unless you give up your rights, you cannot obtain their dependent services. It is WRONG for the United States to allow these companies to force you to give up your rights by agreement to their bogus terms! We are sell outs just because we are greedy for their services.

I recently handed in a one week resignation letter to my supervisor. A few weeks later I noticed that on my paystub I was paid minimum wage for 40hrs. I then asked my supv what was going on and he said since I failed to give a two week notice, it was company policy to pay minimum wage. Is this legal?

I think so! The evidence against the accuser is overwhelming! And it has caused alot of emotional suffering for those guys from Duke. Why is it that prosecutors seem to have immunity from the law? Obstruction of justice is a crime!!! Yet it has been said that Nifong may not face any punishment for his crime. Hopefully those students will sue!! The guy deserves the most maximum sentence possible! I have nothing against law and order; but when people who enforce the law commit crimes, the punishment should be greater for them than someone who does not enforce laws. Nothing is worse than crooked cops or district attorneys.

So Many people I know draw a disability check and food stamps each month and these people work on the side and make even more money. So if there so disabled how are they working and doind hard manual labor and still drawing a check each month and these people are in there early 20's to there 30's. How is it Fair that our goverment gives them checks and not the people out there who are truly in pain and suffering and actually need that 500.00 to 600.00 a month to survive. Isnt there someway that us as American Citizens can fix this???? And please dont say write a letter cause I already did and that dont work. And please dont say report the people to the Social Security Administration cause I already have. What can we do so our taxes quit reporting lazy people ?

Think about this and vote yea, or nay and feel free to explaine why:

1) All current Federal income, estate, gift, and corporate income taxes are repealed.
2)It will be replaced with a national retail sales tax on all goods and services sold
3)for the poor, an advance monthly rebate of the sales tax on spending up to the federal poverty level
4)funding for social security and medicare will be the same

thoughts and comments please...thanks

OK, I am 16 years old. About 7 months ago my family began to rent to buy from my aunt (decesed uncles ex wife) who was moving to Florida with her new boyfriend. As she was moving out we constructed a fence on the acre of property we were about to buy. We also had a dog, who as we were building the fence scratched her daughter (not a big deal). A couple months go by were make plenty of improvments, she makes a few visits and see these improvements. About 2 months ago we purchased two more dogs. One a full breed boxer, and a german sheperd who is a wolf hibred (25% wolf). Three weeks ago Anita (my aunt) broke up with her boyfriend and moved back to Louisiana. Yesterday we recieved a call from her saying that we have violated our lease by having dangerous dogs in the home and making improvments. She is filling to have us efficted tommorrow. All she wants is her house back, but this is our home now. Can she really do this and get away with it. Its not right. please help me!

Is this true or is it a hoax because putting these stones up would be an expensive hoax .. and take them down if it is!!
The Georgia Guidestones
http://www.radioliberty.com/stones.htm
I just have one question
who put these stones up and why is not covered on TV
and are the Bilderberg group responsible for them as some links suggest
The origin of the stones is clouded in mystery because no one in, or anywhere, claims to know the identity of the man who ordered and paid for their construction. All that is reported at the Elberton County Museum is that in June of 1979, a man went to the office of the Elberton Granite Finishing Company and said that he wanted a monument created to "transmit a message to mankind." He identified himself as Mr. R. C. Christian, a pseudonym. Nobody really knows who the man is that went into the Elberton Granite Company that day, but through a little research a few things become apparent, and the New World Order is written all over them. It is important to note that in an engraved plaque placed in the ground near the stones, it explains that the stones are to be "Guides to an Age of Reason." Reason as found in Deism. (See Deism) The 10 new commandments of the Guidestones are as follows:

The Commandments

1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.

2. Guide reproduction wisely - improving fitness and diversity.

3. Unite humanity with a living new language.

4. Rule passion - faith - tradition - and all things with tempered reason.

5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.

6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.

7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.

8. Balance personal rights with social duties.

9. Prize truth - beauty - love - seeking harmony with the infinite.

10. Be not a cancer on the earth - Leave room for nature - Leave room for
Nature.

My wife was stopped in our home town for having an expird drivers license, the cop wouldnt let her drive home, so i had to have someone come pick me up and go and drive the car home, and i was pretty angry with all this because my wife had our youngst child with her and he had a soiled diaper, and to make matters worse my oldest child was sick, we had to sign him out of school becasue he was sick, with a temp of 103, so i had to drag him out in the cold to go pick up my wife, when i got to my wife the cops were already gone, so when we finally got home i called the police department and asked for the officer who stopped her, i wanted to know why he just couldnt let her come on home, and i also stated how stupid i thought all this was, but to get to the point they put me on the phone with the captain......and he was just rude, so i told him "you are as about as stupid as the cop who stopped her, this is about the stupidest damn thing i ever heard"....so he issued a warrent for me.

So anyway after I had my second unplanned c-section I didn't want to get pregnant again. So I made my husband sign a paper saying that if I got pregnant again (with his child of course) that I would get full custody of all the kids. So my question is, would this hold up during our divorce? (I'm not pregnant, I just want to make sure. ) If it helps we live in Michigan.

Has any anti-marijuana individual ever looked at any information or scientific studies done. If you cant believe the scientist heres one better look at your own goverments studies. The ones available through The Freedom Of Information act.Number 1 cash crop! Every 40 sec. someone arrested for marijuana.Every day approximately 2,100 missing-children reports are filed each day.Washington, DC: Police arrested an estimated 786,545 persons for marijuana violations in 2005, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's annual Uniform Crime Report, released today. The total is the highest ever recorded by the FBI, and comprised 42.6 percent of all drug arrests in the United States. Is it really worth it? This fight. Dont get me wrong I am a responsible parent I hate hard drugs and alcohol with a passion but what is really wrong with a little pot! Oh and buy the way I dont smoke it I'm just one one of those who fights for it!

someone told me that in the state of NJ, if both parents had joint custody of a child, can the mother take the child to another state and get away with it? Don't the other parent have to go to that other state and file a police report or something? You think doing this would be a kidnap? What do you think?
