do you think fines imposed on criminal cases are too low?

For what crimes??? Some are too high, and some are too low.

Depends on the offense and whose imposing it.

Traffic/parking violations are generally too high for people behaving in a safe manner -- and too low for those that are endangering others...

Criminal fines shouldn't really exist...labor camps would be much more productive...

probably, since they fail to influence future behavior.

Fines should be adjusted for inflation. A $10.00 fine 20 years ago meant something, where as it is 2 value meals now.

Usually they are too low on just about everything! no wonder we have repeat offenders all the time!

i think the fines imposed are always toooo high!!! especially if i am the one having to pay them~LOL
