Why do lawyers fear civil cases?

No one wants to take my case against the city.
Can some one help?

Lawyers don't fear civil cases at all! They make a pile of $$$ off of them. It is probably because you are very unlikely to have any success at all. If you are looking to sue the city, I suggest you start by looking for a Tort lawyer. Tort lawyers specialize in such claims.
