The fact that the victim was a SUSPECTED SMUGGLER, not a smuggler (he needed to be found guilty as charged in a court of law), indicates that the two cops had no right to shoot anyone who did not pose an immediate danger to their lives. A murder is an illegal homicide. The two rogues were justly and fairly convicted by a court of law. NOBODY IS ABOVE OR BEYOND THE LAW.

According to Lou Dobbs reporting on CNN, who has covered this story from the beginning, it is Alberto Gozales's doing to try and convict these two heroes. So start the campaign to oppose him !

We will never truly know the "whole" truth, and these guys only have a few hours left, before they have to surrender their freedom. Today in El Paso, 2pm. God Bless them and their families. Just to add, they did deserve some form of "administrative punishment", not criminal.

people that know more facts about the case then you. we hear only a part of the story. keep in mind the media is not a place to get complete reliable information. they are only interested in readers or viewers,mainstream media is about entertainment and op/ed.
