If you have a union, talk to your union rep. If not, talk to the supervisor. If you're still having trouble figuring out what to do, and you are POSITIVE you're innocent, I would contact a lawyer to see what your legal rights are.

complain to your human resource officer. Hire a lawyer and sue them. It want ever go to court and they'll kiss their own as s before they mess with you again.
There is always one individual in ever company who go to human resource on every one he can,.
These are usually sick individuals how are out of touch with reality but know how to use the rules in their favor.
You can line up writnesses and take theindividual to small claims court if nothing else.

We have the same situation at my plant where two managers have bee supended for two weeks for grabbinbg employees and trying to throw them around. Now that is funny as hell to see it on the other foot. But immediately they are finding things the two lower emplpoyees have supposely done wrong. Both of them have lawyers or else they would be fired and it would be all over.

LAWYERS are the only thing employers understand.

Well for one you should tell Human resouces how come you can't and they can. Probably because they have friends in human resouces. But file a complainant and keep up with it. And never lose hope because knowing you can talk with co-worker they are breaking the law and you aren't so fiel a complainet on them too.

Gee, too bad you weren't open enough to tell us why you are being investigated. We are only seeing your side. How do you expect us to give an honest opinion?
