Ok so you have a convetsation with a "minor" on the net. The conversation is in an adult room. It leads to a sexual nature. On the other end is not another adult in a fantasy role but a law enforcement agent trying to get you to commit a crime. You dont act but others do. Are you now a victim of intrapment? Are you a victim of enticement to commit a crime? Are fantsies wrong?

Media shows demonstrations made by women's rights activist,...why they never asked opinions from public?
All my classmates, schoolmates, and students around University Belt area are angry with Nicole(the victim)...,
I don't think Smith(the suspect) deserves that sentenced...,the forensic evidence presented by prosecution panel is "weak" and " unreliable"...,

But that's Philippines,...making imposible posible...,i'm not against my country, but i'm strongly against the rotten political and judicial system within the f#cking Bu#ls*hit Administration...

I'm Filipino but i didn't believe that the filipina victim has been raped...,She's a prostitute!!!

JUDGE BENJAMIN POZON of Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 139 meted out a 40-year sentence to Lance Corporal Daniel Smith who was found guilty of raping a 22-year-old Filipina in Subic but acquitted his three co-accused American servicemen. Pozon surely knows how to play politics.

In his decision, Makati RTC Judge Benjamin Pozon says, "the three accused (who were eventually acquitted) could not be considered as accessories for they did not profit in the commission of the crime." Apparently, Pozon is ignorant of the concepts of voyeurism and self-gratification.

Aside from the 40 year-sentence, the court also ordered Lance Corporal Daniel Smith to pay "Nicole" 50 thousand pesos in moral damages. Which was a bit unfair for Smith since nothing really moral was damaged.

Reports say the conviction of Lance Corporal Daniel Smith made "Nicole" happy. But "Nicole" admitted, she was a lot happier during their first meeting.

Rape victim "Nicole" is not certain if she has forgiven Daniel Smith. But rumors say, she considers offering him regular "conjugal visits."

A QTV report said "Nicole" considers living outside the country to start a new life. She's now scouting for countries where American servicemen are stationed.

Inmates at the Makati City jail erupted in cheers when the guilty verdict on Lance Corporal Daniel Smith was read. He was an early Christmas "gift."

Unverified reports say "Nicole" is joining showbiz soon. She'll affix the name "Anna" to her name and then borrow her American tormentor's last name. Ladies and gentleman, please welcome yor new star: Anna Nicole Smith!

Lance Corporal Daniel Smith was found guilty of raping 22-year-old "Nicole." As if the conviction wasn’t bad enough for the 21-year-old marine, "Nicole" is reportedly holding a press conference to announce to the world that she’s in fact, a man.

Lance Corporal Daniel Smith’s counsel might ask Judge Benjamin Pozon to repeat the entire promulgation. The counsel is requesting for a different clerk of court to read the verdict. Hopefully this time, it will be audible and intelligible.

Top 5 Words That Were Correctly Pronounced by the Clerk of Court Who Read the Decision of Judge Pozon on the Subic Rape Case:

5: "Labia majora"

4: "****!"

3: "****!"

2: "Coming!"

1: "Coming!"

...and if they are later cleared of the charge(s), can they then sue the state for damaging their livelihood/reputation? e.g. You're a school teacher and a parent accuses you (falsely) of assaulting a minor child. It goes through the trial process and you are found not guilty. Given the serious nature of the charge and the subsequent trial, can the teacher sue the state for millions of dollars (which includes lifetime lost revenue, and emotional damages)?

Is it against the law to shoot a dog if u think it is in so much pain that it would be more humane to kill it on the spot?
What if its not? What if you did not take it to the vet to get it checked out and all it had was arthrits?
Could you be charged with murder, or animal cruelty?

It wasn't me but I know a person that did that. I am not sure if they brought him to the vet at all, because their lie made no sence, but they shot him. And I think they should not have shot him at all. But the lie they told me was that they brought it to the vet and all he could tell them was bad news. So what they brought it home and shot it????

Besides there is like 10 different veterinary clinic in about walking distance. Also it was within city limits.

I had a friend that asked me for some identity information so he can get a job underage. I figured nothing would be wrong with that, until he went to my bank and withdrew not only all the money from one of my bank accounts, but withdrew $500 more than what was in the bank account. I gave him SSN and my name over the phone.

Since he stole my money I don't want him working illegaly under my name anymore. There is no proof that I gave him anything becuase I did all that over the phone, but there is proof he used a fake ID and falsified the application, my question is
Can I stop this person from using my identity without getting myself in trouble?

(Please do not point out this was a bad idea, I figured that out aleady and mentioning it wont help, what I need to know is what should I do now)
