Media shows demonstrations made by women's rights activist,...why they never asked opinions from public?
All my classmates,schoolmates,and students around University Belt area are angry with Nicole(the victim)...,
I don't think Smith(the suspect) deserves that sentenced...,the forensic evidence presented by prosecution panel is "weak" and " unreliable"...,
But that's Philippines,...making imposible posible...,i'm not against my country,but i'm strongly against the rotten political and judicial system within the f#cking Bu#ls*hit Administration...

Justice was not served on the case of Smith as perceived by others because of the weakness of the evidence presented but was pressured by media and women activists. Anyway, that is the administration of justice in the Philippines.
On the other hand, the prosecution panel viewed the case as triumph of the Filipino women since Smith admitted to have sex with Nicole and the cells found on the underwear of the latter shows that these belong to Smith per DNA testing.

it seems to me that justice is only for the ones who can pay for it, and that certainly goes for America as well, how can some crimes carry such a lot of prison time and others carry so little and in lots of cases the crime that carries the most time is for something stupid or pretty normal. in many cases a victimless crime is so overly exaggerated and so much time given how can anyone say it is fair,for example a man is accused of raping his wife???how the hell can anyone say that should be a crime is beyond my comprehension,after all sex is a part of marriage is it not??? yet a man can get life for this stupid crime??if the woman
don't want to have sex with her husband she should divorce him period, and what damage has been done ,in this so called crime
same with a prostitute, it just don't make any sense to me but I am sure there will be a lot of P.C. asses who will boil over when they read this,and the so called women libbers also

every country has a flawed media viewpoint. it is all slanted. it doesn't matter where you live.
look at O.J. Simpson... he got off... that shows how American "justice" works as well.
