I'm Filipino but i didn't believe that the filipina victim has been raped...,She's a prostitute!!!

JUDGE BENJAMIN POZON of Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 139 meted out a 40-year sentence to Lance Corporal Daniel Smith who was found guilty of raping a 22-year-old Filipina in Subic but acquitted his three co-accused American servicemen. Pozon surely knows how to play politics.

In his decision, Makati RTC Judge Benjamin Pozon says, "the three accused (who were eventually acquitted) could not be considered as accessories for they did not profit in the commission of the crime." Apparently, Pozon is ignorant of the concepts of voyeurism and self-gratification.

Aside from the 40 year-sentence, the court also ordered Lance Corporal Daniel Smith to pay "Nicole" 50 thousand pesos in moral damages. Which was a bit unfair for Smith since nothing really moral was damaged.

Reports say the conviction of Lance Corporal Daniel Smith made "Nicole" happy. But "Nicole" admitted, she was a lot happier during their first meeting.

Rape victim "Nicole" is not certain if she has forgiven Daniel Smith. But rumors say, she considers offering him regular "conjugal visits."

A QTV report said "Nicole" considers living outside the country to start a new life. She's now scouting for countries where American servicemen are stationed.

Inmates at the Makati City jail erupted in cheers when the guilty verdict on Lance Corporal Daniel Smith was read. He was an early Christmas "gift."

Unverified reports say "Nicole" is joining showbiz soon. She'll affix the name "Anna" to her name and then borrow her American tormentor's last name. Ladies and gentleman, please welcome yor new star: Anna Nicole Smith!

Lance Corporal Daniel Smith was found guilty of raping 22-year-old "Nicole." As if the conviction wasn’t bad enough for the 21-year-old marine, "Nicole" is reportedly holding a press conference to announce to the world that she’s in fact, a man.

Lance Corporal Daniel Smith’s counsel might ask Judge Benjamin Pozon to repeat the entire promulgation. The counsel is requesting for a different clerk of court to read the verdict. Hopefully this time, it will be audible and intelligible.

Top 5 Words That Were Correctly Pronounced by the Clerk of Court Who Read the Decision of Judge Pozon on the Subic Rape Case:

5: "Labia majora"

4: "****!"

3: "****!"

2: "Coming!"

1: "Coming!"

many articles are too involved with the victims personal life. Why does the victim have to be interrogated about things that don't even involve the rape. It's the rapist fault no matter whether or not the person was a prostitute. Prostitutes are human beings and have rights too! Never place blame on the victim, it's not like she woke up one day and said I want to get raped today. It's also completely her choice to visit the guy and live where she wants. I wouldn't want to visit my rapist, but I'm also not her. So never blame the victim. Maybe the question should be asked what is wrong with the world today that allows men to be so violent and aggressive men and passive-aggressive women is the social norm?

I'm not really sure if youre a Filipino but anyways I am answering your question in a legal and logical manner.

1. Considering Nicole is a prostitute. Even prostitutes have human rights. Pay them but dont rape them.

2. Nicole said in an interview that he will 'visit' Smith to make sure that their is no special treatment on him. It's not a conjugal visit.

All you put on your questions here are all lies.

You should not put a question like that in Laws and ethics because you dont know both.

You can be sued for everything that you put in here.

Lastly, warn your mother, sister, cousins, nieces, daughter. They might be raped by a phedophile or sex addict, and someone stupid out there will tell the world that she deserved it because shes a prostitute

It is a matter to be decided by the affected person. He may have to appeal against the sentence, if he is aggrieved.

Rape isn't about sex, it's about control. Anyone can be raped, even a prostitute. If she didn't consent to having sex with the other person, but he forced himself upon her regardless, then it's rape.
