Saudi Arabia has said that they use the Quran as their Constitution, though after protest from Saudis they changed that and wrote one with basic rights. They now have a written constitution, though it's uncertain how bound the king is by it. (It's still a monarchy dictatorship, where the king can overrule the elected officials whenever he wants.)

There are a lots of written laws I think, just like any other country.

Yes they do have written laws. Wouldn't it seem reasonable that they would?

give some website that are free and display various laws of the Kingdom.

The Quran is their holy book... however they follow the Islamic laws called the Sharia.
