Should transracial adoption be allowed to increase? i attended a seminar recently on this subject and i personally think yes it should. i consider love, kindness, and exceptance to be the most important factors in raising a child. obvisously there are plenty(endless) of otherr factors involved. The main argument is that of providing suffient cultural knowledge and history in order for the child to develop to the best of their ability, and i completely agree these are extremely important. but surely when there are millions of children needing loving homes and there are millions of loving homes wanting children this is what matters?? what do you think??

If a man has no legal rights in having a say what happens to a fetus he helped create, why should he be required to pay child support?

Why or why not?

Should a man who impregnates a woman have the same legal right to decide what happens to the fetus the woman is carrying?

Why or why not?

I am curious why I have never seen this question asked.

I have a tooth problem and feel i was prescribed meds and mis-advised to have teeth replaced -to make my symptoms worse to make me, in turn, pay more for excessive treatment.

i am a U.K. Citizen and have already emailed my embassy about this, I have heard such action can be commonplace and am asking for advice before this saturday-when i have to visit the same dentist-with my boss(at the english academy i JUST started working at here)

I was advised to have 2 teeth out and replaced - expensively over £500, as opposed to the other option of 'surgery' with a 20%chance of more problems-nerves/neurons etc..

Any advice for who to contact on my behalf- i don't want money, just the proper treatment.

Again i have to go there this Saturday so please respond asap.

Thanks for reading

that something has to be done about direct payments, because there seems to be a set of different rules being adhered to nationwide.

In addition to this i am aware that my own local authority (Essex) are relunctant concerning In Control, perhaps this is different as to were you are placed.

What i would like to know is this the case on a nationwide scale?
What can be done to overcome this ignorance concerning direct payment and IB?

Then released without charge?

I was arrested simply as a matter of course, but because of that I had dna swabs taken & fingerprints etc.

I was then let off WITHOUT charge as everyone knew i would be. now I have never committed ANY crime or EVER been in trouble with the law before yet my DNA is now on record.

If I was charges I could understand but come on.........

Say, the government prosecutor accuses you of doing something you didn't. Say it's a serious crime like assault with a weapon or murder. Somehow a witness or the victim says they saw you. Out of a line up. They're sure it was you. next thing you know. You're infront of a jury for murder. You know you didn't do it. The prosecutor ofcourse coudn't care less what happens to you or if you're really guilty or not. He or she wants a paycheck to pay for his dinners with collegues and his car, bills etc. If the prosecutor is wrong. Shouldn't he be locked up for the same amount of time you would have to serve. If you were found guilty of the crime ?

I heard about a woman who claims that she caught her 17 year old brother trying to molest her 5 year old son.
My friend knows the brother (not her) and we do not believe he is guilty.
The kid recently told his family that he was gay and we think that that is why she has started these accusations.

Then it turns out that she has made these kind of accusations against random people in the past - she used to tell people that a man came up and just started molesting her son at the supermarket in broad daylight.

Is it possible that this woman suffers from a disease like Munchausen Syndrome?

She is causing huge problems for her brother and even though the parents are on his side - the law might not be so reasonable.

What can be done to find out if this parent is even fit to be alone with her own son?

Could the brother go to jail without an investigation?

Where DNA samples are left at a crime scene, should there be an international database showing EVERYONES DNA so that crimes can be solved faster???

Cos, surely, if you have nothing to hide, then you would willingly give a sample... Wouldn't you???

I have received a 5-day evictions notice and a 20-day summons for damages posted on my door this morning. I want to stay here and willing to pay the past due rent. Can I arrange a payment plan to avoid eviction? If they choose not to let me stay, then I need enough money to move. How can they garnish my future earnings enough where I can no longer afford to pay for basic necessities?

My daughter and I were rear ended and severly hurt in a hit and run accident. Thank God, my daughter is alright now, but I ended up with whiplash, a major concussion, and lasting back injuries. Also the emotional suffering has been horrible. The man who hit me was caught three wks later. He pled guilty to misdemeanor fleeing the scene, not having insurance, and driving at an unsafe speed (he was doing 70 in a 55). I am wondering why he wouldn't be charged with a felony. Also what would be a typical punishment? Since he has pled guilty, is there anything I can do? When I tried working with the DA, they didn't have time to talk to me, any other suggestions? By the way, there was an open 16 oz beer can under the steering wheel that he was not charged for, but the da never looked at the police file photos.
