Any payment plan has to meet with the approval of the Landlord. Anything short of payment in full may not be acceptable to the Landlord and in such an instance the eviction will proceed.
A garnishment generally entitles the creditor to a certain percentage of your salary. You are also at risk of seizure of articles of value that can be sold at auction to recoup the amount of the outstanding debt.
In each case there are specific rules that vary depending on where you live. As a general rule, however, the law protects you from being rendered penniless under garnishment and/or seizure.

They can, and probably will, stick you for any lost money. A payment plan will not suffice unless the management agrees; the entire rent due must be paid up front. You need to remember: paying the rent comes first. Eating is afterward.

Pay your dues immediately and file a petition to vacate the judgments for the notice of evictions against you.

Go to your local housing court right away to stop the eviction and get an order to show clause and list anything need repair in your apartment so they can hold off on the eviction. good luck

check your local states laws, most states have a 3 month eviction time, meaning you can stay 3 months from when they say get out...legally

Why were you not "willling" to pay your rent in the first place? Guess I am confused. Did you think they would let you live in the place for free? You might be able to work something out with them, but it would certainly be nice of them.
