Well kill a rat; you certainly have chosen a proper name for yourself.
I don’t know anything about the Zoroastrian religion but the religions that I do know something about all teach respect and honor of parents.
They teach respect and honor of those who are less fortunate and unable to care for themselves in the manner that the strong and able of body and mind are.
As it stands right now, YOU are a VERY SELFISH individual.
When you refer to your father’s condition, I believe you are speaking of sciatica.
You said that you had just come from the gym and your body was sore and tired. BOO HOO.
Your pain goes away. The pain your father experiences will probably be for the rest of his life. Imagine if whom you call God blesses your father to live at least another 20yrs but does not allow the alleviation of that which causes his pain; including YOU..
He will experience the pain of sciatica and a disrespectful son for all 20 yrs, whereas the little bit of pain that you feel when you exercise, will go away. Something that HE probably can no longer do and if he does, I’m sure it is painful for him.
As just being a decent human being, you could have said something like, Dad; I’m a little sore and tired right now cause I just got back from the gym. If you give me a few minutes to wind down, I’ll go for you then. But to refuse and get angry, I don’t believe you have that right or privilege.
You say ‘we are rich…’; no, young fella, your parents are rich. You are just a bum sponging off them until you are of age to go out into the world and care for yourself, which I see now that YOU are going to have a very difficult time with doing. You will have a darkness surrounding you that the good will stay away from and that which you think is good and bringing you joy is truly just setting you up for your inevitable fall.
I suggest you find some good to do, even if you don’t want to practice the religion of Zoroastrians. True religion is doing what you know to be right and fair and just in all of your dealings.
I also suggest you begin with changing your screenname to something that would help you to consider and try to become a better person.
If you stay on the path that you are on you may be on a path of self fulfilling prophecy.
Kill a rat. THINK then DO THE RIGHT THING.
I didn’t find the other part to your question so I don’t know what else you think justifies your wrongdoing of your father. However, I will tell you that there is NO JUSTIFICATION FOR WRONGDOING.
There is only repentance or chastisement.
Please choose repentance.
To begin your penance you should try to do more and as much as you can for your father.
Try first telling your father you are sorry for not getting him the ice cream the other day and then tell him that you will try to be a better person and son and will try to understand his situation more.Tell him that you appreciate all that he does for you and that you will try to show it more.
AND MEAN IT.
I would like to hear from you periodically. I accept e-mail.
And just so you know, I chose UncleDaddy because I am a father, grandfather and Uncle. Where I may have missed with my son and granddaughter, I try to make up for it with others that are within my existence. From the beginning of a baby's existence to the end of an elderly person's.
I pray to the God that I believe in for Mercy and Forgiveness of my sins and wrongdoings.

I for my part pick the time period ADOPTEE. I have not ever notion two times approximately it. The time period "followed individual" simply sounds.... good... kinda bizarre to me. Everyone has their possess private perspectives as to why they wish to be referred to as both or and regardless of how you assert it, someone available in the market can be indignant a technique or yet another. Adoption and one of the most topics that cross together with it are without a doubt, VERY, VERY DELICATE SUBJECTS. But even as, a few are, I believe, a little bit hypersensitive in relation to this discipline. I bet probably because of their existence reviews. I do not believe that both label is much less validating, one is solely extra direct and to the factor.

Try feeling some compassion for others. Your father's in pain from his back, and he's disappointed that you don't feel compelled to study or to follow his religious practices. You can feel all the anger you want, but you will have a happier life if you learn to control your anger and to try and understand what others are thinking and feeling. Anger doesn't really get you anywhere in life.
