That Mother's can legally "take out" their own children no matter what age they are. I mean what if they become an inconvenience?

I am sure they don't want some screaming kid interferring with the weekly pot smoking, orgy, human sacrifice gathering.

I'm writing the Bill of rights in a kids book (school project). I'm trying to say that people can say what they want but there are exceptions like no yelling "fire" in public when there isn't on. Help me find a way to say that to a 5 year old.

does anyone else think that community sentencing is a bad idea, i think that it is saffer to remove the crimnals from the streets be harsher toward even the smallest crimes and to have a zero tollerance judicail system, but to also build up rehabilitaion programmes inside the prison system for released offenders. does anyone agree/disagree if so why.

My divorce with my wife is pending. She is in India. As I am in US, I withdrew 5K from her account as I know her password and have all cheques and credit/debit cards.

Now she is going to complain to authorities. Will there be any serious problem may arise for me/ my visa/ green card?

The money which I withdrew from her account was given by me only. My fault is that I withdrew money and put that into my account and got her account blocked.

Please guide what could happen ?

last week i did not recieve my income support. when i phoned i was told i was no longer allowed to get it and that i will have claim j.s.a and sign on, making me available to work. i do not have a problem finding work/going back to work!! i have a wife and 6 kids. i have always done my 50 percent of responsibilities, maybe more as i do all the cooking and most of the housework. my 3 eldest kids had to be moved from our local school as they were badly bullied and the best school i now take them is a bus ride away. because i now have to go back to work, my wife does not want me to as she will not be able to handle looking after 6 kids and have 100 percent responsibilities as i won't be at home i will be at work. there is no way she will be able to take the 3 eldest kids to school on the bus in the morning with the other 3 babies in a pushchair. its impossible as i took 3 kids to school and back everyday while she had the babies. what can we do?

This question is probably more for people who serve in the police force or perhaps those who are solicitors. I have read an article published today in the The Mail, of a teacher - Rebecca Poole who was subjected to sexual assault by one of her young male pupils. She was actually charged with engaging in sexual activity with the youngster but has been acquitted. For those who are familiar with the case; it has been stated on the article that no action will be brought against the teenager unless there is a formal complaint. But sexual assault is a criminal offence and it has been proved to have taken place in this court case, so surely the police have an obligation to take action and bring charges against the teenager on behalf of the Crown - even if Rebecca Poole or the school have not lodged a complaint? Please could someone clarify this.

We have filed a counter claim against bank under the securitisation act. This was filed before they filed there original application under DRT act. Is the counter claim maintainable under the securitisation act? Some advocates say it is not maintainable under securitisation act, but we can make counter claim by way of written statement in the OA. We are totally confused because full court fee has been paid for the counter claim and matter is still under adjudication. If the counter claim is not maintainable under securitisation act then where we can make our counter claim?
