How do you make money on them? I wouldn't do that kind where you say something bad will happen if you don't follow through. I mean just a quarter to like 4 people. How would you do that so you can make money and others will too? I'm in so much debt from hospital bills and I've been racking my brain until I can think of something! Can you do them on the internet?

I am in shock. I am a waitress, and theres this cook who is always telling me that I feel out my shirt very well, he's looked down my shirt, hes grabed my chest, and the other day he grabed my butt. That did it for me so I reported him to the manager on duty. So today the G.M. (a women) pulls me a side for a talk, along with the kitchen manager (who is a male.) and she told me how upset the cook was that "I was making this stuff up." And she told me if I continued on with this "lie" I would be terminated. She also stated if it was found that it was true, the owner would fire me and the guy.. Your employer can't fire you for reporting an act of sexual harassment can they??? PS I dont think it matters but I live in the State of Colorado. Also I would like to know your input on having a male staff member sit in during the meeting. He never said a word. they were both going to make a report saying it was a misunderstanding i have witness who have heard his commitment about my chest

I had a one night stand about three years after I split with my first husband and became pregnant. I contacted the guy and had the baby and he is now four years old. The courts have recognized that he is the father. I'm remarried now and my sons real father hasn't seen him since easter of 2003. I do not hear from him and he does not pay the child support ordered by the courts for him to pay. My husband wants to adopt my son and I need to know what steps I need to take to get this started and does his real father have to give up rights?

I was wrongly convicted of a misdeameanor and the judge told me that he would seal the case and (esponge)??(not sure if this is spelled right) it which means seal it so no one can get any information about it. He told me that he would do it for me for the simple reason he honestly thinks that I was wrongly accused but there is nothing he can do about it because the jury found me guilty. But he told me in 6 months to start the esponge procedures and he will sign them for me...... DOES anyone know how to get this done or what I have to do Please let me know

Does such a thing exist?

Alberto Gonzales said today that requiring warrants for the wiretapping program is a "definition of freedom [that is] superficial, and is itself a grave threat to the liberty and security of the American people."

I find this absurd considering the warrant requirement was created by the First Congress and is enshrined in the Bill of Rights.

How can limitations on government surveillance be a "grave threat" to freedom?

I have joint custody with my ex-wife but she has not even SEEN the children in over four years. I does say in our divorce decree that she can file for them ever other year...but the idea was that she was doing to be in there life per the joint parenting agreement.

Can she still claim them on her income tax when they haven't lived with her a single day in the last four years? She hasn't even seen them and does not send presents or cards.

I live in north london im 15, and some things you hear are bad, but this happened a few years ago at a pub near me:

There was a young man (about 22) who was a student, he even went to church. At this pub he was just talking to friends, a group of young men were shining a lazer pen into his eye, so he asked them to stop, he than sat back down and forgot about them, when him and two friends left, they were attacked outside, just outside on a highstreet, his two friends got away, but the group caught him and beat him to death, on the street outside this pub. They brutally smashed his head in with baseball bats, my dad said he saw the abulance and police, the boy's head was covered with a clothe, he was brutally beaten to death, with baseball bats, he had is head smashed in (litterally), and for what, asking someone to stop shining a laser in his face. Scary thing is, after 8 years in prison, for some reason, they are out now!!!

I know things like not paying taxes (then going to jail) is civil disobedience, but if you conmmit a crime and then run, is that civil disobedience too?

What about if you just express hate for the goverment/police (like cursing them)

example: http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/2pac/outonbail.html

would that song considered to be one with a civil disobedience theme?

From what I understand, it can all be civil disobedience as long as you dont use violence..

If you posted information about a business on a forum, that are all true statements about the business. But you didn't say not to buy from them, you just said things that happened while working there and how they false advertise? Like what happened with freedom of speech? I mean is it possible to sue a former worker/family member over that? I wouldnt think it would get too far in court, and if the person does sue. Then can you counter sue with an issue you know happens there?

why do you not pay taxes but stand by and watch as the poor and middle classes are over taxed and loan sharks charge mega boon interest when in the Old and New Testament are clear on not charging interest rates? And doing all you can for the poor then tell them welfare is a sin?
Not accusing just curious of the justification here.
Yep, I read and understood the teaching of the Bible.

Is the estate divided between the surviving sister and the children of the deceased sister. Or does the whole estate pass on to the surviving sister alone as next of kin. All reside in NSW.
