i was wanting to find out when this persons case is coming to court

Go to the circuit clerks office records department and ask for the file on that person. You will need your I.D. it is all public records so you can see anybodies driving record even divorce records

You need to know what county the crime occured in then check with that county's Clerk of Courts Office for the local circuit court docket. In some areas you can access your local court docket online for free but if not - that information is public record so you may have to make a trip to their offices..
