Depending on who your sheriff is (and you know what I'm talking about), probably none unless you act like an a&&.

If you do something stupid, act like a jerk, etc then it allows the cops to take you to jail for just being a jerk.

Arizona is especially harsh about this rule I have heard. I think the person will get "the chair" probably.
