Go to prison. Most large prisons have law libraries that a university would sell its soul to have.

Plus you will have lots of time to study and will be supported on tax dollars. When you get out start a prelaw course of study.

All ABA law schools are three years for day and four years for evening classes. You apply after you complete four years of an undergraduate degree, and you need a 3.5 GPA or better. Then you take the LSAT and get a score of at least 155 for even the middle tier schools. During law school, you go to class, read about 250 pages of cases per day, spend your weekends in the library, try to stay in the top 10% of the curved grades so you can get a job in the top law firms and then try to stay there so you will have a decent job when you graduate. If you are not in the top 10%, you need to stay in the top 25% to get a job in any law firm - otherwise you start your own shop and hope that you get enough clients to pay your bills. Not quick, never easy, and your loans will be with you for the next 30 years.
