I want to take my son's Dad to court for child support. His Dad lives with me on and off but we have not been able to come to an agreement regarding how much and when the child support should be paid.

i beg to differ but yes you can
go to social services and apply for government
assistance and tell them
the bum won't help you with the childs welfare
and just see how fast he goes to court

No, you cannot. Child support infers that the parent is absent from the home. If you allow him to live with you and he does not contribute to the household, that is your problem.

Yes you can if you are not married!

But, it may not be the best idea for your relationship if he's still living with you.

yes, if he is not supporting his son. it doesnt matter if he lives there. how about this, PUT HIM OUT.
