You clearly don't understand the legal issues involved. Which probably means this answer is a waste of time, but I'll make one more try.
During a pregnancy, before the point where the fetus can survive independent of the mother, the mother is providing life support. She is actively giving of her body to enable the fetus to continue growing. That active involvement, and that taking from her body, requires her consent. Just as you cannot be compelled to donate blood or be an organ donor, no person can be compelled to give of their body without consent.
It's tragic that you feel a person should be compelled to provide life support for another against their consent. You probably want to authorize the government to force people to be organ donors as well, or be surrogates, or give blood. After all, why should a person have the right to choose what happens inside their own body. Just because you don't like their choice.

Personal choices of any kind are to be decided by the individual involved, and or parents and guardians, thus the so-called Supreme court, or any non-related individual/individuals regardless their status in so-called society have the slightest right to decide another person/persons personal/private life standards or moral values... thus MYOB-(Minding your own business)- is key regarding respecting other peoples privacy, unless harm or death is result...

And we certainly wouldn't want to interfere with women who choose to murder babies as a form of birth control.
