What you are looking for is a civil liberties oganization in your area. You can join one of these groups and become involved in organizing protests and appearing before police inquirey and other boards and well as helping victims make complaints against the police. This is the way to go to get change.

You have to understand that they do not make police like they use to just like they do not make the soldiers like they use to.
And, it has nothing much to do with the training they go through it has to do with how they were brought up.
Our society has changed and the younger soldiers and police (officials) out there now that we depend on were not brought up to respect others or themselves.
Ask the older soldiers and the older officer's what they think of the difference. Parents have not and do not raise there offspring like they use to raise them.
