But it isn't legal to video tape relations with a 16 year old?

Why are all the highschools switching over to school girl uniforms?

Who is in charge here?

It's only legal to have relations with 14 year old girls if you are under 18 or have the parents knowledge and consent.

It's not legal to videotape because that comes under pornography laws--in Canada the age of consent for adult entertainment is 18

This is Canadian Law which holds that the age of consent for sexual relations is fourteen. This is also the age of marriage without parental consent in Canada. Since girls are able to have babies at this age it is thought to be the time to allow them to decide for themselves. The flip side of the coin is that if the age of consent were raised eighteen year old boys would be go to jail for statutory rape which would be rather bad. The videotaping of under age sex has to do with pornography laws under the criminal code and is illegal unless the parties are 18 or older and this able to give consent.

Whoa!!!! i have a going on 15 yr old daughter-that scares me-she can't even to begin dating until she is 16 and then I hope all those years of conversations about having morals and self respect have sunk in,because she will have to live with any consequences of her actions.

I'm glad I'm in the USA****
