I work from 5-5...12 hours everyday. we get a 5-10mins break at 9. Than sometimes when we are suppose to get a 30mins lunch break at 12. He doesnt allow us to go for lunch. The Super. tell us that we have to keep working. Can he even do that?

You legal? Can't believe a citizen in union heavy NY would put up with that.

The law says for every 4 hours worked you must get a 15 minute break. If you work 8 hours, one half hour break.

Lori b is right on the money,they are breaking the law by denying you a lunch break.

NO, you are entitled to a one hour break. Demand for it.
