My cross street neighbor rents a room to this girl, and she keeps parking her car on our side right in front of my house instead of park back on her side, that is inconvenient to us. We talked to the neighbor already, and asked her to let the girl know, but today, she just did that again. Any suggestion?

Ok here is the scoop long story short.
My friends x-girlfriend got pregnant by him,she wanted an abortion,so she got an abortion. She later regrets having the abortion ,she wished that she would have kept the baby.People ask of why the two broke up,He says because she had an abortion,"She aborted his child",so he broke it off.being that she regrets it,when people ask her what happened in the relationship for them two to break up,she is telling everyone that he pushed her down a flight of stairs and she had a mis-carriage.Saying that he killed the child when this never took place. There is proof she had an abortion(Medical Records). The boyfriend owns a local business in town, which may hurt his reputation. Is this name slander, can it be taken to court.

My email inbox has recently started to fill up with emails from yahoo sources, offering child pornography. Surely this is misuse of the facility and has to be stopped, preferably by publishing names and telling neighbours about the perverts who live in their street.

Politicians often work to gain votes by providing, in many cases, polarizing messages. These messages are designed to shift voters’ attitudes and elicit emotional responses. “Class” is often used by politicians when discussing key polarizing issues.

You could have your kids snached tomorrow by social services if someone does not like you they can phone social services and say anything about you they will take your family away and investigate, You will be in a state of anguish, fell powerless and emotional, if you verbally attack a social worker the feelings you have will change, on their file it will say depressed. out of control and suffering from a personality disorder, if when they are kidnapping your children you shout to them "just tell the truth" this makes you an emotional abuser. If this situation has got you worried then do something it could be you tomorrow research FORCED ADOPTION and please reply

My ex and I have joint custody. He has residential custody. He has grounded our son multiple times and each time our son is grounded, I am denied visitation. He claims that the child is using a visit with me (the non-residential parent) to avoid punishment. I don't believe my ex can ground my child from me. Do I have a legal leg to stand on? Suggestions/help apprecited.

It's not on my ballot.. but I heard that some states are putting on their ballots to Ban gay marriages.. Gay Marriages are not legal now in most states, why have an amendment though that bans something that isn't legal anyway? Doesn't that seem kind of extreme-everyone has their opinions on whether it should be legal or not.. and right now it is mostly not legal, but to ban something that isn't legal.. seems extreme... Is this true.. is this actually on some states ballots?
