How about some compromise and meeting half way.
Pehaps just cut a couple of hands off and just half stone him to death.
Then life imprisonment that means life.
Any more sensible ideas?

U.S. seeks to silence terror suspect

By MATT APUZZO, Associated Press Writer 40 minutes ago

A suspected terrorist who spent years in a secret CIA prison should not be allowed to speak to a civilian attorney, the Bush administration argues, because he could reveal the agency's closely guarded interrogation techniques.

Human rights groups have questioned the CIA's methods for questioning suspects, especially following the passage of a bill last month that authorized the use of harsh — but undefined — interrogation tactics.

In recently filed court documents, the Justice Department said those methods, along with the locations of the CIA's network of prisons, are among the nation's most sensitive secrets. Prisoners who spent time in those prisons should not be allowed to disclose that information, even to a lawyer, the government said.

"Improper disclosure of other operational details, such as interrogation methods, could also enable terrorist organizations and operatives to adapt t

Hi, I live by myself and am classed as having a disability. I am not allowed by the Housing Association to keep any pets. I really would like to get myself a little dog (my disability would not prevent me from looking after it, and looking after it would help my condition) Under the HRA 1998, you have a right to have a family, also a right to a private life, could the Housing Association be infringing on my right to this? I am thinking of getting one anyway and if they try to evict me, I will take the case to the European Court - advice, comments - please.

Read his speeches, including the Letter from a Birmingham Jail. He explained his campaign of civil disobedience by saying that segregation laws were contrary to the moral law or God's law.

Many of the abolitionists, like King, used the moral authority of their religion to force America to change, for the better.

So is it an appeal to religious and moral values that people oppose, or is it merely opposition to religious groups' positions on abortion and same-sex marriage?

Or are people really so hostile to religion in general? If you are, then logically you must think that Dr. King was either a fraud (for speaking in the name of a religious belief that he knew was "a fable" as one answerer put it) or a fool (for believing in God).

I think he was neither. I think he was a great man.

I read an article on how super our DHS program was doing in OK. It stated that drugs were the reason we had so many people on welfare. The reason we have so many, is because the more babies a woman has, the more assistance she gets, we pay for her and her babies hospital, dental, rent , utilites, food, etc. They are acutally rewarded for having more babies. Then if they need a lawyer, we pay for that. I also know of a woman, that has no children at home but claims to, and shows no income, even though they own their own business, and uses 3 different names and addresses to collect welfare. It has been reported, but until the investigation is complete, they will still get paid every month. You have to wonder how many other people are doing the same thing, and what can we do about it? This lady has been doing this for 10-15 years. Think of the dollar signs.

A judge decided to give custody of 2 small boys to their father, after he admitted on the stand of being abusive, at 18 the oldest has domestic violence charges, we found out later that the judge hung out at a nightclub owned by a relative of the father. Another judge left a 3 month old with the mother after the baby spent 9 days in the hospital from malnutrition. Another judge left a 7 yr old with a mother that is known for her drug use and has left the little girl alone while going shopping. If I drive through McDonalds and I spill hot coffee in my lap, I can sue them, or if I choose to smoke and get lung cancer, I can sue the cigarette makers. Who do you think should make custody case decisions, and how would a person go about getting it changed?

I I have a son that is going to be 2 in Dec. His father left me when I was approximately 3 months pregnant, because I wouldn't have an abortion. Orighinally, I was going to sign over my rights of my son, but then decided to keep him, because my heart wouldn't allow me to. My son was born in Dec 2004 and Jan of 2005 I sent e-mail to the grandmother that I did keep him. Well my son is almost two now and I know they both know I kept him, but are denying him. SUPPOSEDLY, the father said that if we do a DNA test done and that he is the father, then he's going to go for custody. Does anyone happen to know how long a parent has to go without any contact to the child, before their rights get stripped automatically?

My ex lives in Indiana. He came to California and to my home despite a court order that deemed he was not to be within 200-feet of me. He left some belongings on my porch, hoping I would mail them to him when he got back to Indiana. Two months later, he is demanding I mail them to him. I refuse to go out of my way. I told him that he may pick them up or arrange for a representative to pick the items up, but he insists I mail them. He says he will sue me for theft. It's preposterous and unfounded, but I would like some clarification. Assuming he does find a lawyer to take his case. If I am served a subpeona from an out-of-state court, am I obligated to attend? Also, why am I obligated to mail him anything? I told him he could collect the items. It's not my responsibility to go out of my way for him. And is there a lost and found or possessions law that can come into play? How long must I hold onto his things if he doesn't physically claim them? Forever?

liberal agenda of not just tolerance but complete embracing anti-God, anti-religion, pro-abortion, pro-homosexuality--as normal and standard. It's not folks. God did not make us that way. US Citizens are forced pay for the lewd lifestyle by paying for abortions and hospital and medical costs of homosexual's diseases like AIDS. They make up 1% of society but 20% of hospital patients. I do NOT hate or even dislike homosexuals personally, but I do not appreciate having to pay their bills or having their lifestyle pushed as if it was a normal love relationship. It isn't so in nature, neither is it a normal human relationship or arrangement.
