How about some compromise and meeting half way.
Pehaps just cut a couple of hands off and just half stone him to death.
Then life imprisonment that means life.
Any more sensible ideas?

Killing him lets him off too easy. Let him rot in a tiny cell for the rest of his pathetic life.

Since the USA invaded Iraq again and he is a criminal in all eyes, this trial is a waste of time and look at all that have been killed in relation to it. Where is their justice? He should have been executed upon capture in private. Why must the USA show it's justice for all there and not mention the hundreds of innocents killed that never make the news.

Saddam used to treat his enemies in the same brutal ways suggested by those who answered before me.If America does the same to its enemies ,would that make America and Saddam the same?
