That guy has got to be the most shameless person. He brings a very bad name to Vietnamese people. He actually came on TV and asked in his broken-English what all the fuzz was all about, and that he had done nothing illegal and then accused Loretta Sanchez of "feeling" or fueling the fire.

I was at the movies on Thursday and some teenagers wouldn't shut the hell up. They were being loud and obnoxious. They also didn't turn their cell phones off so they kept ringing. I complained to an employee and they were unable to get these brats to stop. How do I get a refund?

it stopped working..and now she is "suing" us both for the cost of it. I need to find a way to prove that legally i am not responsible because she lent it to my friend therefore he is responsible for any damage that occurs to it.

My husband was hiring by a mining company(open pit) he was informed the other day not to come in for his next shift as he is simply too big to do any of the jobs. He is 6'6" and 350lbs. The job he was doing that day was outside directing trucks where to dump. You cannot tell me he is bigger than the great outdoors! They did not terminate him just said they will not be calling him. He was suppose to full time after his 3 months probation which would have been in 3 weeks. He was told his work was great and his co-workers enjoyed working with him he is just too big. Were they blind when they hired him and it took them this long to see?? He is also Metis...hum makes you think? Does he have a valid law suit and any lawyers out there want to try this one?

It was filed in April 05. It hasn't been seen by the judge yet.

My mother has committed identity fraud against me about 6 times now, knowing that I am still young, trying to graduate from college, and barely make any money. Yesterday I found out for the 6th time. I have been trying to forgive her and I excused the first 5 times and paid the bills off, but I am getting so angry and frustrated over this! She is such a scam artist and a huge liar. When I confronted her, she acted like I was the crazy one and I shouldn't be mad! ----------I'm getting to the point where I just want to prosecute her because she just thinks I'll pay this one off and excuse it again. I don't think so!! What do you think I should do???

Hi, I broke a sink pump a week ago and agreed to pay it. The landlord wanted the money with the rent. When I payed rent to day I didnt have the money for the pump. I told them that I only had the money for the rent at this time. The landlord was all nasty with me and telling me that I should get a job then- I have one. She said that I only work 2 days a week which is not true AND none of her buisness. She then started yelling at me telling me that it was my fault that she broke the pump and needs to pay the plumber...but I cant get money out of air. I agreed to pay for the pump but she needs to give me sufficient time to pay it. Now I dont even want to talk to her because every time I talk to her she is inappropriate and nasty. What should I do?

Heres the story we were not punched in I told my friend she had her good *** jeans on. We continued our conversation out of ear shot. This women has is out for me. She complained about me touching my cousins pregnant belly at work-Cousin not upset w/me, next she complain about me leaning my back against the file room shelves and I supposedly made another clerk nervous-untrue. I have severe deteriation of the spine nothing sexual in my actions, The last was I asked to burrow her lotion, I informed her that my legs were broke out from my fabric softener, I never pulled my pant leg up any further than if I had capris on which is legal at work. She made to comment to me that I should have my husband rub lotion on me when I get home, My reply was - I guess I won't go there, I felt she was baiting me then. That is the story. She is said explicit things on her breaks and than stated no one can do anything about it she on her break, then stares directly at me. I think I am being targeted?

Each day, I hear stories on the news about people wanting to change the constitution to leave out gay people in the marriage arena. Their arguments depend on the Bible, but no one wants to accept Biblical punshments in other areas...like adultery! The last I heard, well over 50% of marriages end in divorce anyway. Why not make it tougher to get in and out of marriage instead of restricting certain minorities basic human rights? Shouldn't everyone be free to marry as long as they're consenting adults? Isn't it the same as discriminating against different colored people? In my opinion, no one would be gay by choice. That is so stupid! Who'd choose to be hated, mistreated and cast out of polite society?

She has all this cash at home because she is afraid to deposit it. Approx $52,000, for fear that she could go to jail for working under the table.

I'm just curious how the heck she will be able to justify handing a mortgage company ALL that cash when she buys her dream home someday?

I mean, wouldn't she get caught right then and there? I know this goes on every day...And it amazes me that these people are getting away with it.

How should she handle all this cash? I mean, if she puts it in the bank, wouldn't someone question all that income showing up in her account, when she has no job!?

Do you think your tax dollars should go to fund an organization that provides more abortions than any other organization in the world? True, the law says that they cannot use the fed funds to perform abortions, but it does pay their expenses and overhead, which frees up dollars that DO go to perform abortions. What's more, they are using part of the 500 MILLION DOLLARS of yours and mine that they got from the gov't to file suit AGAINST the gov't for banning partial birth abortion! What's wrong with this picture? Are you outraged by this? I don't agree with abortion, personally. I think it's a sleazy way out for irresponsible people to engage in immoral behavior, then not face the responsibility of the child they created. It makes me sick to think that MY tax dollars go to pay for this to continue, so I went to www.aclj.org and signed a petition to stop the funding. But that's just me. What do YOU think?
