I was wondering if you were convicted of a felony and got probation would the conviction be cleared and would you then not have to answer yes on the job ap about a conviction

Once you are in the system, you are in the system. The cops will always be able to retrieve your name. They may not be able to know why you are in the system, but they will have your name.

If fingerprints or DNA were taken, this is perpetually in the system too.

Getting arrested is getting effed.

A felony conviction is a felony conviction no matter how it's served and will show up in a background check. I know I deal with this everyday.

Answer yes on the job application, better you tell them than they find out and you not get the job because you lied.

probation is part of the punishment and has nothing to do with clearing the conviction
It will stay on your record for at least 5 years from date of probation ending
you will have to contact the court that the fines, probation, court hearing took place to see if expungable or records already sealed
otherwise..

no! Your record stays. unless you are under 18 years old then when you turn 18 years old you record is cleared.

relay not sure but you can go on line and do a background check on your self and find out what if any thing is still showing
