Anyone know anything about Missiori Law???

does any one know if my bf gets his divorce and has to pay alamony or a maintance pay, and if he becomes disabiled and he marries me, won't I have to make his payments???

I am not an atorney but generaaly they go after him not you even if you are married , in fact his child support obligation may go down

if he is disable .Disability will send a check to the children and X- wife. But he is required law to report it to disability.
