Heres the story we were not punched in I told my friend she had her good *** jeans on. We continued our conversation out of ear shot. This women has is out for me. She complained about me touching my cousins pregnant belly at work-Cousin not upset w/me, next she complain about me leaning my back against the file room shelves and I supposedly made another clerk nervous-untrue. I have severe deteriation of the spine nothing sexual in my actions, The last was I asked to burrow her lotion, I informed her that my legs were broke out from my fabric softener, I never pulled my pant leg up any further than if I had capris on which is legal at work. She made to comment to me that I should have my husband rub lotion on me when I get home, My reply was - I guess I won't go there, I felt she was baiting me then. That is the story. She is said explicit things on her breaks and than stated no one can do anything about it she on her break, then stares directly at me. I think I am being targeted?

I agree is sounds like she is targeting you. Speak to a supervisor or the Human resources department at your work. What applies for one employee applies to all, and if she is saying explicit things even on her break..if it is in the workplace and in earshot of someone who may not find it appropriate, it still counts, break or not. Dont necesarily file a complaint on her unless you have to, or she does or says something extremely inappropriate. you dont want to stoop to her level. But at least make it known to the person you speak to about this matter the entire situation. Iwould explain like you explained in your question on here. It was well put. Or even write it out first on the computer or a peice of paper in case you remember other thigns before you speak to someone. Good luck with you situation. You should not have to put up with that behavior. I can't stand people like that.

You need to file a sexual harrassment complaint against her NOW! Let your boss and human resource dept. know that you are going to do this. Don't let them talk you out of it. DON'T tell ANYONE except your close family. You'll want to catch her by surprise. Greenhorn had a very good answer.I once worked in a place where a gentleman called all the women "Dear and Honey". Never once did he say anything off the wall or ask us to do anything he could do for himself. He was disciplined and could have been fired if we had All agreed. The complaint came from a new person in the office only 2 wks after she started. Good luck to you and try to stay as far away from her as possible while this is going on.

It certainly sounds as if you are being targeted. There is another aspect to this. What she is doing is called "creating a hostile work environment", which is a serious charge.
Document everything she says and the context in which she says it. Date and time her remarks. Write down everything you can remember that she has said or done in the past.
Then go see your EEO person.

Yes it sounds like she is targeting you. Perhaps you should go to your HR person and let them know that SHE'S making you uncomfortable by insinuating that you are doing something wrong when you're not. She sounds like a lousy dork.

Bring in a big black rubber dildo... leave it on her desk. Make sure nobody else see's you. Then go tell your boss that youve been offended by her poor choice in paperweights. That should do the trick... and get alot of laughs

Sounds like she's up to something, I too would definitely speak to management about it before she does and you look like the bad guy, admit to what you have and haven't done and then she'll look like the @ss in the end.

being on break does not excuse her for her behavior, if it is unapropriate.

Ask her to stop oogling you with those 'sexual looks' when you rub your back against shelves.

Most sexual harassment charges are b.s. in my opinion.

Say something to your boss, about her comments, and tell him/her you think she is trying to get you in trouble.

Then, when noone is looking, grab her in the buttt, and deny it, saying she is crazy. Make sure you are not on camera
